Well, my days only seem to get better - hear the sarcasm in that statement.

I don't know why I try anymore. Seems no matter what I do in life to give to others it just seems someone is out to take away the joy of giving. So, I am going to start doing just for me from now on - if it pleases me then it is going to happen, if it doesn't then I'll let ya know later if I decide to do it. Granted this all stems from turmoil in our household and our 15 year old son - he's being a teenager and trying my patience but I really think my patience has worn thin to the point that I'm done being nice guy anymore - granted if you ask him his opinion would be I'm not such a nice guy but meh, why ask him??? LOL

I did have some great news this morning. I finished up the Baby Boardbook in the post below - I customized it with the name and a few personal touches. I took it over to the girl who ordered it and she was ecstatic!!! She was running around showing it to everyone and just couldn't get over how great it was!!! I was really thrilled she liked it so much. Cait and I both put alot of time and love into that book.

The rest of the good news??? She love it so much she was talking to me about maybe doing her wedding stuff!!! I told her that when Rob and I got married I did all our wedding invitations, reception cards, flowers, etc and she loved the sound of it knowing it helps save money!!! So........woohoo!!!

I need to get the pictures of the completed book and a Valentine card that I finished uploaded this afternoon and posted so you can see them!!!!

Another good thing that has happened - my assistant that I hired is really a great young man!!! I now have a little more time during the day to get things in the office done that has been neglected AND I have more time to troll the internet!!! Only bad thing about more time is I find more things I want to make and it ends up costing me!!! LOL

OH, I also finished my business cards for my scrappy site and to display my wares in my office. I need to take a picture of one of the domino necklaces all packaged up - they turned out just too cute!!!

Off to catch up on some of that stuff that I've let get behind here in the office - I had to stop by because I could and it feels so good to have a few free minutes a day again!!!

Just to cover all bases...................

I am not the best scrapper out there. I don't claim to be totally original, I lift from many places and in many forms from color combinations, to product usage, to technique and so forth. I try to be fair to all scrappers out there and mention them when I lift from them - now keep in mind, there are so many people out there scrapping, card making and altering items that naturally more than one person will have similar ideas. When I mention lifting, or casing as some call it, I mean when you intentionally take a design you see and duplicate it exactly or only change up the coloring........KWIM???
