Altered Frames

Hi all! It's Monday again and that brings about another challenge from The Cuttlebug Spot!!! This week we are altering picture frames. I have done this in the past but always forgot how simple and inexpensive they are to make and they end up making awesome gifts for just about anyone and any occasion! I made this one for my hubby to put on his desk at work. I got the frame from M's for $1 and the papers were in my stash from last year when BG's Sugared came out. I embossed all the flowers and made my own on the top right using the CB, embossing folders and Spellbinders Nestabilities - I tried using one of the new embossing plates from Spellbinders but I need to read up on it as it was not working for me!!!

I also included this frame as one of the challenges from the "Roses are Red" crop over at SD4U!!!

Thanks for stoppin' by and happy scrappin'!!!

Just to cover all bases...................

I am not the best scrapper out there. I don't claim to be totally original, I lift from many places and in many forms from color combinations, to product usage, to technique and so forth. I try to be fair to all scrappers out there and mention them when I lift from them - now keep in mind, there are so many people out there scrapping, card making and altering items that naturally more than one person will have similar ideas. When I mention lifting, or casing as some call it, I mean when you intentionally take a design you see and duplicate it exactly or only change up the coloring........KWIM???

With that said..........
